Optimal TMS Las Vegas
Noninvasive TMS care in Las Vegas, with a free consultation, one-day, five-day, and six-week options, and a free and reduced-cost treatment program that names veterans among its priority groups

Clinical care led by Thomas Tervort, DNP.
Optimal TMS is a TMS clinic in Las Vegas, with a second clinic in Springville, Utah. TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) uses brief, focused magnetic pulses, delivered through a coil held against the head, to stimulate brain circuits involved in mood. It is noninvasive and needs no sedation. Per Optimal TMS, lead provider Thomas Tervort, DNP, brings a background in neurosurgical care, concussion and TBI, and patient education, which is why the clinic teaches before it treats.
What they do

TMS treatment
Brief, focused magnetic pulses through a coil held against the head while you sit awake in a chair. No sedation, and you can drive yourself home.

Consultation & mapping
It starts with a free consultation. Before treatment, the clinician reviews your history and safety (metal fragments, implants, TBI, seizures) and measures and maps the exact target spot.

One-day, five-day, or six-week options
Accelerated one-day and five-day schedules are cash-pay; a standard six-week course is often covered by insurance for depression. The clinical team explains each protocol, including any medication used, before you decide.

We teach before we treat
You learn what TMS is, what it is not, and what to expect before the first session. Your questions are part of the plan.
Real people. Real sessions.
