Seva means service to others. Seva Holistic, the veteran-focused name of Vaidya Ayurveda LLC, makes Ayurvedic herbal teas, botanical oils, and plant-based wellness products, and builds the personalized diet, wellness, and detox plans inside the Veterans At Ease program. Founder Pravina Narayan reconnected with Ayurveda through her Indian heritage and has led the company since 2019. She sits down with veterans one-on-one to build each plan around the person, not the product.
